Londonderry Jr. High offers athletic and non-athletic clubs and leadership opportunities and events to extend and enrich student learning.

The following programs run at different times during the school year:

• Fine and Performing Arts clubs - Art, Drama and Jazz Band
• School Intramural Program (run during lunch hour)
• Sports clubs - Badminton, Basketball, Cross Country Running, Curling, Rugby, Slow Pitch, Soccer, Track and Field, Volleyball and Wrestling.
• Leadership club - 'Students for Change' ,
• Other clubs - Aboriginal, Library, Mandarin games and activities and Yearbook

• Meet the Teacher
• Assemblies ('Year start-up', Honours' achievement recognition, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance and 'Year - end'
